This is a tumblr hug. Pass this to at least 10 of your favourite tumblr followers to show how much you love them as best buddies. Make sure you don’t break the chain. Tumblr hugs~yay! (◕‿◕✿) (◕‿◕✿)

Aww!!! Seriously, you don’t know how good it was to wake up and find this in my inbox. I may not be as active on tumblr or in the DA/Selfridge fandoms as I used to be, but I love you all, and I creepily check up to see how you guys are doing, all the time. Please everyone, feel free to message me, or ask me anything!

So I guess the Groves have (yet) another baby? (there’s a five year time skip again so). Amanda also posted this on her Instagram.

My job today is to remind you that novel writing is not essay writing, it is not memo writing, and it is not about staying on point. It is just fine—even good—if at this point you have no idea what the point of your book is.

The Page is All We Get. What shows up on the page? Well, that is your writing. The full-blown perfectly-whole concept you may have in your head? Is just thought. Obligatory prose does not serve the fiction writer. Being a good student is not the goal here.
